An Energy-optimized Route to Keep Your Surroundings Warm

DREO, the No.1 heater brand in North America with 10 million users globally, has officially announced the launch of its innovative space heaters i.e. Solaris 718, and WH517S, along with several other new models. According to certain reports, these new heaters are powered by two groundbreaking innovations, with one of them being Hyperamics™ technology. To give you some context, Hyperamics can deliver 2 seconds Instant Heating by combining high-conductive PTC ceramics with a a 53.8% expansion in wave distance. More on the same would reveal how the technology features custom-designed thermal fins and 1500W of power, all of complimented by an ability to rapidly heats rooms to 75°F in, like we referred to, no more than 2 seconds. This way the technology is able to provide 50% more heating power than previous models.

The other underlying innovation here is the upgraded Shield360˚ 8-layer protection technology, which is specifically designed for enhanced safety. Furthermore, this innovation packs together patented FortPlug™ technology, something well-equipped to quickly detect overheating via an integrated sensor, as well as utilize up to 5VA flameproof materials for extra safety. Not just that, it also brings to the fore overheat protection, a 45° tip-over switch, and thermal insulated wiring to prevent any risks associated with heat buildup. Apart from that, the technology’s augmented layers of protection include a child lock for preventing accidental adjustments, and cool-touch housing to ensure the exterior remains safe to touch. In case that wasn’t enough, then it must be mentioned that each of these safety features are backed by the ETL certification, ensuring top-tier reliability and peace of mind.

“As the No.1 heater brand in North America, we are committed to providing products that not only keep our customers warm but also prioritize safety and energy savings,” said Joshua Gunn, VP at DREO. “With these innovations, we are excited to lead the way in making homes more comfortable and eco-friendly.”

Talk about the new heaters and their benefits on a slightly deeper level, we begin from Solaris 718. You see, the 30″ ceramic heater features a 308mm PTC element, which is almost 200% larger than the previous model. Next up, leveraging industry-first controllable silicon technology, the heater brings to the fore a particular switch capable of enabling precise temperature adjustments (±1.5°F) between 41°F and 95°F. This it does while simultaneously operating at 25 dB in a rather quiet manner. Not just that, the system in question also happens to drive the REAL ECO Mode, and by doing so, it delivers up to 50% energy savings. Such a feature makes Solaris 718 both eco-friendly and cost-effective.

Then, we have a prospect of customizable comfort, a prospect where customers can come expecting five heating modes and three ventilation levels. The idea behind providing that is to let users easily tailor the device to their specific preferences. To go along with the same, the heater’s lightweight design ensures easy mobility between rooms, making it a versatile heating solution.

Turning our attention towards the WH517S, it is a compact yet powerful wall-mounted space heater built for fast and efficient heating in smaller rooms, offering smart controls and maximum safety. In essence, the system boasts a PTC wave distance of 4.0mm, marking an estimated 53.8% increase over previous models. Furthermore, it delivers airflow speeds of up to 11.5 ft/s, and at the same time, operates at an ultra-quiet 28 dB, thanks to its TurboSilent™ technology.

Joining Solaris 718 in its bid to offer Shield360˚ 8-layer protection, 5VA flameproof materials, and overheat protection, the heater allows you to control temperatures easily with Alexa, Google Home, or the DREO app. Rounding up highlights would be the fact that WH517S also has an ECO mode, which allows you to achieve precise temperature control, and therefore, reduce energy use by up to 40%,

As for the availability, Solaris 718 available for purchase on Amazon and dreo.com at a retail price of $129.99, whereas WH517S can be purchased from the same platforms for a retail price of $99.99.
