LS ELECTRIC Wins $91.9 Million Contract to Power U.S. AI Data Center

The company will supply key electrical equipment for a large-scale data center in Tennessee.

Tennessee, United States, 10 November 2025– LS ELECTRIC has secured a major contract to provide power solution equipment for a hyperscale artificial intelligence (AI) data center being built in the United States. The company announced it has signed a deal worth $91.9 million (about 132.9 billion won) with a leading North American technology company. Under this agreement, LS ELECTRIC will supply high-voltage and low-voltage switchgear and transformers that are essential for powering the new data center.

The project site is located in Tennessee and is designed to support high-performance server rooms used for AI machine learning and data processing. LS ELECTRIC will deliver the required power equipment to the facility’s electrical rooms and mechanical infrastructure by April of next year.

This client is the same tech company that previously awarded LS ELECTRIC contracts totaling 310 billion won from late last year to early this year. The new contract highlights trust in LS ELECTRIC’s technical expertise and project execution capabilities.

A company spokesperson stated that this agreement is meaningful because LS ELECTRIC is supplying a full range of power equipment for a U.S. hyperscale data center, from low voltage to high voltage, as a single provider for the first time. The spokesperson also noted that demand for reliable power systems is rising in North America, where data center expansion and energy planning are facing new challenges.

Ongoing interest in long-term supply agreements suggests continued growth opportunities for LS ELECTRIC in the North American distribution and energy infrastructure market.
