Energy Security Xchange MENA 2027 Opens Call for Speakers to Strengthen Regional Energy Resilience

Energy Security Xchange MENA 2027 Opens Call for Speakers to Strengthen Regional Energy Resilience

Energy Security Xchange MENA 2027 has opened its Call for Speakers, inviting senior executives, energy producers, utility leaders, infrastructure operators, security specialists, technology providers, industrial users, investors, engineers, and policymakers to help shape a two-day

program focused on strengthening energy supply, infrastructure resilience, grid reliability, and regional security.

Taking place on April 12–13, 2027, in Dubai, UAE, the Conference & Exhibition will bring together the organizations responsible for protecting strategic energy flows, critical

infrastructure, power systems, industrial operations, water security, and long-term resilience across the Middle East and North Africa.

Energy security across MENA is no longer defined by resource availability alone. Strategic shipping corridors, cross-border energy flows, rising electricity demand, critical infrastructure exposure, operational technology risks, water requirements, industrial expansion, and changing investment priorities are creating a more complex operating environment. Across two days of conference discussions, operator case studies, exhibition access, and networking, participants will examine how the region can strengthen supply continuity while building more resilient infrastructure and power systems.

Five Strategic Pillars

The 2027 program is structured around five strategic pillars: Securing Oil, Gas, LNG & Strategic Energy Corridors; Protecting Critical Energy Infrastructure & Operational Resilience; Grid

Resilience, Regional Interconnection & Flexible Power; Securing the Power-Water-Industry Nexus; and Investment, Localization & Regional Energy Cooperation.

Across these themes, sessions will examine LNG flexibility, strategic corridors, export terminals, OT cybersecurity, asset integrity, emergency preparedness, grid interconnection, energy storage, flexible generation, desalination, industrial and digital loads, project finance, localization,

supplier readiness, workforce capability, and regional cooperation.

Call for Speakers

The conference committee is seeking speakers who can bring real-world operational experience, validated data, technical depth, security expertise, investment perspective, policy

understanding, and cross-sector insight to these discussions.

Priority will be given to contributions grounded in practical deployment, measurable outcomes, implementation lessons, and commercially relevant case studies. Relevant contributors may include leaders from national oil companies, international producers, LNG operators, utilities, transmission organizations, pipeline and terminal operators, ports, cybersecurity teams, industrial users, water authorities, infrastructure investors, technology providers, regulators, and government ministries.

Speakers will have the opportunity to contribute to a senior regional conversation while engaging directly with operators, technology buyers, infrastructure leaders, capital providers, and policymakers across both conference days.

A Two-Day Platform for Energy Security

With 300+ attendees, 30+ exhibitors, 20+ speakers, and a focused single conference track, Energy Security Xchange MENA 2027 combines strategic discussion with an exhibition connecting technologies and solutions directly to operational requirements.

The event centers on one defining question: what will it take to protect energy flows, critical infrastructure, and system reliability across MENA?

Speaker proposals should include the speaker’s name, job title, organization, brief biography, and proposed topic or area of expertise.
